Terms of sale.

These terms cover the EUDR Supplier Evidence Pack, the Supplier Risk Check, the Customer Questionnaire Response and the Vessel and Transaction Intelligence Review. Larger engagements are covered by their own written agreement.

1. Who you are buying from. Meridian Intermediaries is the trading name of Daniel van der Walt, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: daniel@meridianintermediaries.com.
2. Business customers only. These products are sold to businesses for business purposes, not to consumers.
3. Price and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and paid in full at checkout through Stripe. VAT is not charged.
4. Scope. Each product is delivered to the scope on its product description. The Supplier Risk Check covers one supplier. The Customer Questionnaire Response covers one questionnaire of up to 40 questions, answered from documents you supply. The Vessel and Transaction Intelligence Review covers one vessel and the transaction you describe at intake. We will agree any wider scope and fee with you in writing before starting.
5. Delivery. The EUDR pack is a download available immediately after payment. Turnaround for the services runs in UK working days from receipt of a complete intake form and, for the questionnaire, your documents. For the Vessel and Transaction Intelligence Review, turnaround runs from the day we confirm scope.
6. Credit against engagements. The price paid for the EUDR Supplier Evidence Pack, the Supplier Risk Check or the Customer Questionnaire Response is credited in full against the fee for any Meridian engagement agreed within 60 days of purchase. The Vessel and Transaction Intelligence Review is an engagement in its own right and is not credited against other work.
7. Refunds. The EUDR pack is a digital download and is not refundable once accessed. For the services, if we have not started work you may cancel for a full refund. If we cannot deliver within the stated time, you may choose a full refund or a new delivery date.
8. Accepting orders. We review each order before work starts and may decline any order at our discretion, including where the work raises legal, sanctions or reputational concerns. If we decline an order before work starts, we refund the price in full.
9. Findings are part of the work. Our reviews and checks report what the available evidence shows. Where ownership, control or history cannot be traced or verified, we record that as a finding. A finding of this kind is part of the delivered work, not a failure to deliver, and is not a ground for a refund.
10. What our work is and is not. Our outputs are evidence-based research and documentation support. They are not legal advice and do not certify compliance. Findings rely on sources available at the time of the work and on information you provide.
11. Liability. Our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Use of materials. You may use the pack templates and our deliverables within your own business and share them with your customers and authorities. You may not resell them.
13. Confidentiality and data. We use the information you send only to deliver the product and keep it confidential.
14. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
