The same standard of rigour applies to every engagement, in every practice, whoever carries out the work.

Every deliverable, in every practice, passes the same structured quality standard. This page sets out what that standard guarantees.

§ B · What the standard guarantees

Six things
we guarantee.

Every deliverable passes six checkpoints, in sequence, before it reaches you:

  • Scope was agreed before work began, so the deliverable answers the question you asked.
  • Requirements were defined and tied to the standards that demand them.
  • Evidence was gathered, dated and assessed for currency.
  • Every material requirement was matched to evidence, with gaps made visible.
  • The work was reviewed before delivery by someone other than its author.
  • The final deliverable matches the underlying work, with no undocumented change after review.
§ C · Independent review

No single
view unchecked.

No deliverable is released on one person’s judgement. A reviewer who did not produce the work checks it, raises findings and confirms their resolution. This applies to every engagement, whatever its size.

§ D · A defensible record

Built to
be examined.

Material decisions and changes are recorded through the engagement. If you later need to demonstrate the diligence behind a decision, the record exists.

Why this matters

Work built this way can be placed in front of a board, a prime contractor or a regulator.

Methods and reference standards are reviewed as regulation moves, so the rigour reflects the current state of the field.
